Mills, McCaghren and Associates have been serving the Big Country for over 38 years. Together, Robert Mills and David McCaghren have experience in investments and insurance. Both men are charter members of the Texas Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. A very supportive office staff is a vital part of the Mills, McCaghren team and we all strive to meet and exceed our clients’ needs at every level. Since inception, our company has been guided by total commitment to honesty and integrity. We are privately owned and operated, offering a well-grounded, Christian, home town atmosphere that helps to set our clients minds at ease.
Meet Robert Mills
Robert Mills, General Partner
Robert has assisted senior clients for the last 38+ years. Consolidating old retirement accounts and IRA’s is a specialty as well. Robert works in the guaranteed markets and specializes in Index Annuities that protect against market loss. His clients are sure to sleep better!
Robert has developed a specialty in working with retirees and those about to retire who want to preserve their wealth.

Meet David McCaghren
Financial Advisor, LUTCF
David began his Financial Services career as a Registered Representative with Eppler, Guerin & Turner in 1986. David and Robert established Mills, McCaghren & Associates. A native Texan, David has a B.S. degree in Engineering from Texas Tech University. David has also earned the industry certificate of LUTCF® (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow).
Meet Hillary Estrada
Hillary Estrada, Individual, Group Benefits and Medicare Supplement Coordinator
Hillary Estrada has been with Mills, McCaghren & Associates since January 2005. Hillary attended Abilene Christian University before beginning her insurance career with Atlantic Trust Insurance Brokers in Kaiserslautern, Germany. She now has 19 years experience working in group benefits (major medical, group and Sec-125/Cafeteria plans) as well as Individual life and health, and Medicare Supplement insurance.

Meet Monica Holloway
Monica Holloway, Office Manager/Marketing/Life Insurance and Medicare Supplements
Monica has been with MMA since August 2007. She has her BS in Accounting. As our “Quarterback”, she keeps our office running and organized. Monica is knowledgeable of all the services offered by Mills McCaghren and Associates so that she may assist our clients in a timely and efficient manor when either a Partner or other associate is away. Monica specializes in Term Life Insurance, Medicare planning strategies, and Medicare Supplement Insurance. Monica is an avid recycler that keeps our office “green”, lowering our carbon footprint.
